Here at medCrowd, we are always listening to your feedback! Our tech team work hard to make the updates requested by you possible.

Recently, we have implemented a big update that we’re really excited to show you. This includes the new ability to make granular changes to your notifications. This will allow you to manage your notifications more effectively and customise them to your preference.

When you navigate to your notification settings, you can review the new feature. The first setting you see is a simple toggle all notifications on and off, with the simple click of a button!

You can also decide whether you would like to receive notifications, if any, immediately or daily for either email or text message. Once you’re done, you can click on “Apply notification settings” and your preferences will be saved. You can change your selection at any time and as often as you would like.

Alternatively, you can access your notification settings within a conversation or a team. When you navigate to the settings (cog icon), you can select “my notifications”. You will see an abridged version of the notifications page, where you can amend the settings that relate to that specific conversation or team.

Notifications history is also now available! When you click or tap the bell icon next to the search bar the drop-down menu now shows a “see all” button, that allows you to view all read notifications.

If you happen to notice any issues, please contact Support@medCrowd.com, and someone from our team will be able to advise.

We love this feature and we hope you do too! We’re always striving to deliver the best possible tools, and we believe this is a game changer. Will you be using this feature? What are your thoughts?
