medDigtial & medCrowd at NEXT Innovation Week

medDigital’s founder and Medical Director Dr Felix Jackson lent his digital and medical expertise once again, on the panel at the NEXT Pharma Innovation Week – this time around, at the USA Edition of the event! He joined other pharma panellists leading a session on Overcoming Healthcare Challenges with Digital Communications, on Friday, 20^th November.

 The session explored the opportunities that digital innovation offers and panellists shared their experiences of digital innovations that they have recently seen transforming patient lives, including:

• Working with the NHS to help people with diabetes using a contact centre with instant messaging.
• Using digital advisory boards to discover insights from health professionals around the world in real-time.
